This Cancel/Change Order Policy (“Policy”) explains how customers may request changes or cancellations to orders placed through wegottshirt.com (“WegottShirt,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Our goal is to support you with a clear, predictable process while ensuring that all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

This Policy works in full alignment with our Shipping Policy (handling time: 0–1 days, transit time: 2–5 days) and our Return & Refund Policy (30-day returns, 14-day refunds, no fees).


1. Order Processing Timeline

Because we strive to ship clothing orders as quickly as possible, orders typically enter processing immediately after payment is confirmed.
Most orders are prepared for shipment within 0–1 business days, which limits the window available to modify or cancel.

Order Processing Packing, labeling, or preparing for delivery. Not guaranteed, but we will try.
Order Shipped Handed over to carrier with tracking number. Not possible. Follow the Return Policy.

2. Canceling an Order

2.1 When Cancellation Is Allowed

You may request cancellation before the order has been processed. Because our handling time is 0–1 business days, cancellation requests should be made immediately after placing your order.

  • Reason for cancellation (optional)

If your order has not entered processing, we will cancel it immediately at no cost and issue a full refund.

2.2 When Cancellation Is Not Possible

Once the order has been packed, labeled, or shipped, we cannot cancel it.
Customers may use our 30-Day Return Policy after delivery.
No cancellation or processing fees apply.


3. Changing an Order

3.1 Changes Allowed Before Processing

Before processing begins, customers may request:

  • Shipping address updates
  • Size or color changes
  • Product swaps
  • Quantity changes
  • Contact info corrections

No fees apply for any changes.

3.2 Changes Not Possible

We cannot modify orders that have already been processed or shipped.

If changes cannot be made, customers may:

  • Refuse delivery
  • Submit a 30-day return request after delivery

4. Incorrect Shipping Information

If a customer provides an incorrect shipping address, the address can only be updated if the order has not entered processing.

If shipped already, rerouting is not possible. If the package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you to choose:

5. Out-of-Stock or Fulfillment Issues

If an item becomes unavailable during processing, we will notify you and you may choose:

  • A full refund

No fee is ever charged.

7. Order Already Shipped – What to Do

  • Receive a full refund within 14 days after inspection

We do not charge:

  • Restocking fees
  • Return fees
  • Processing fees
